Working together

Who do you typically work with?

Growing organizations of roughly 25 to 500 employees that have moved beyond “just shadow someone” but don’t yet have a dedicated learning and development team. That includes startups scaling for the first time, companies navigating mergers or acquisitions, and teams building formal onboarding for the first time.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Most engagements are delivered virtually, which keeps them efficient and accessible for distributed teams. Onsite sessions, workshops, and observation can be arranged when they’d add real value.

What happens during the free consultation?

It’s a relaxed conversation about your goals, your team, and what’s getting in the way. You’ll come away with initial thoughts on where support would make the biggest difference. If there’s a good fit, the next step is a tailored proposal.

How involved does my team need to be?

Your input matters most at key moments: discovery interviews, subject matter expert sessions, and milestone reviews. We handle the heavy lifting of design, documentation, and building, and keep check-ins focused so your team can keep running the business.

Scope & investment

How much does an engagement cost?

Every engagement is scoped to your actual needs, based on factors like the number of roles or workflows, teams and locations involved, timeline, and implementation support. Planning ranges are shared during your consultation, and your proposal spells out the full investment.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A focused engagement for a single role or a handful of workflows moves faster than a multi-department or multi-site system. Your proposal includes a clear timeline with milestones and review points.

Can I hire you for just one piece, like SOPs or an eLearning module?

Yes. Specialized projects are available for defined needs, though additional services are designed to work best as part of a signature engagement. We’ll recommend the option that gives you the most value.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Fractional L&D partnerships, prepaid advisory hours, and advisory days provide senior learning and development expertise without a full-time hire.

The work itself

Can you work with the training materials we already have?

Absolutely. We often start by reviewing existing materials, keeping what works, and modernizing the rest. Outdated slide decks and PDF manuals can become clean reference guides or interactive modules.

Do we need a learning management system (LMS)?

Not necessarily. Solutions are designed for the tools you already use, whether that’s an LMS, SharePoint, a shared drive, or a knowledge base. If you’re considering an LMS, we can help with setup and course deployment.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Measurement is built in from the start using the Kirkpatrick Model, which looks at learner reaction, knowledge gained, behavior on the job, and business results. Onboarding programs also include 30-, 60-, and 90-day readiness indicators.

How do you handle confidential information?

Confidentiality is taken seriously, especially during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. NDAs are welcome, and no confidential client details are ever shared publicly.
